DELIVERY

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery is free within mainland UK for orders over £45.

International delivery is charged based on the destination country and the applicable delivery fee will be displayed at the checkout stage. Please note, Peacock Supplies is not responsible for any importation tax that is levied at the delivery destination.

*Currently we are able to offer our EU and US based customers a prepaid customs service (tariff-free) so they are not faced with additional taxes when our parcel arrives in their country. 

How long will it take?

Orders received by 1pm are dispatched same day and always sent using a tracked delivery service.

Please allow 2-3 days for Standard UK delivery, we also offer a Next Working Day and Saturday delivery option at checkout. 

International delivery may take 5-10 days, depending on the country. All orders are packed securely and dispatched through a tracked courier service.

 

RETURNS

Returns Policy

All returns must be approved beforehand by Peacock Supplies - in the event of a return, please contact us via email to enquiries@peacocksupplies.com or use the Contact Us form.

Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact.

Upon receiving and processing the return, we will provide a refund. Please ensure that the returned item is securely packed and sent back through a tracked delivery service, as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Your return must be accompanied with your original order number, full name and address so we can locate your order details.

Change of Mind

If you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund, minus the original shipping fee.

As per shop policy, all returns are the responsibility of the customer. All returns should be unused and in original packaging. Once received back to us we will process your refund accordingly.

Rejected/Refused Parcels

Any rejected parcels at the point of delivery or issues caused by the incorrect address being entered at checkout will be the buyer's full responsibility and we reserve the right to deduct any related postage costs from the final refund amount.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

Each item at Peacock Supplies is thoroughly checked by multiple team members before dispatch. However in the unlikely event of damage caused in transit, the damage/defect claims must be made within 7 days of package arrival.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt as no claims can be honoured after 7 days. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may request photos of the original packaging and the product for inspection, so please retain these.

We will send a free returns portal link for to use and choose between a courier collecting from your house, drop off at local post office or print a label at home. Once received and processed at our warehouse we can process your refund/replacement accordingly.
