At Peacock Supplies our return policy is simple. If you are not happy, we are not happy. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 10 days for a complete refund or an exchange, less the shipping charges.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact.
All returns must be approved beforehand by Peacock Supplies – in the event of a return, please contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receiving and processing the return, we will provide a refund. Please ensure that the returned item is securely packed and sent back through a recorded delivery, as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Your return must be accompanied by your full name and address so we can locate your order details. Please note, the cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
Any rejected parcels at the point of delivery or issues caused by the incorrect address being entered at checkout will be the buyer’s full responsibility and we reserve the right to deduct any related postage costs from the final refund amount.
Each item at Peacock Supplies is thoroughly checked before dispatch. However in the unlikely event of damage, the damage/defect claims must be made within 7 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt as no claims can be honoured after 7 days.
Please contact us for return authorisation on damaged items and we will process a claim or issue a replacement. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require inspection so please retain all packing material.
