How long will it take?
Orders received by 1pm are dispatched same day and always sent using a tracked delivery service. Please allow 2-3 days for standard UK delivery, our express delivery service is 24 hours.
International delivery may take 5-10 days, depending on the country. All orders are packed securely and dispatched through a tracked courier service.
Returns Policy

Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact.

Upon receiving and processing the return, we will provide a refund. Please ensure that the returned item is securely packed and sent back through a recorded delivery, as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Your return must be accompanied by your full name and address so we can locate your order details. Please note, the cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
Any rejected parcels at the point of delivery or issues caused by the incorrect address being entered at checkout will be the buyer’s full responsibility and we reserve the right to deduct any related postage costs from the final refund amount.
